Flora are private loot, and have a per-character lockout.( Excavator power armor increases yield from 1 to 4 for all mineral veins except uranium and ultracite increases yield from 1 to 2 for uranium.) Mineral veins are private loot, and have a per-character lockout.Resource producers, and the collection containers in “Breach and Clear” event, are public loot.Items sold to a vendor bot become public loot.
